Arlond is a senior regulatory reporting manager for Ogier Global in the Cayman Islands. He leads the Cayman Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance reporting function, specialising in regulatory compliance, governance, operational controls, policy development and cross-jurisdictional delivery.
Background and experience
With more than 18 years’ financial services experience, Arlond has worked across regulatory compliance, corporate services, audit, fund administration and financial reporting.
Before joining Ogier, Arlond held senior regulatory services and corporate administration roles in the Cayman Islands with secondments to Hong Kong and Jersey. Earlier in his career, he worked in audit and assurance at a Big Four firm in the Cayman Islands and Canada and has previously had roles in fund accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting.
Arlond is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the New Hampshire State Board of Accountancy and an Accredited Director. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and is a member of the Cayman Islands Compliance Association, the Cayman Islands Directors Association and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.
