Ben's practice focuses on advising high net worth clients on succession and tax planning issues, with particular expertise in cross-border wills and estate planning. Ben also advises on all aspects of trusts, including their creation, administration and restructuring, as well as the administration of international estates.

Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Ben was a senior associate in the private client department of a prominent London law firm, dealing with a broad range of private client trust and tax work, both onshore and offshore.
Ben is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT). He also holds STEP Advanced Certificates in Cross-Border Estates and UK Tax for International Clients.
Ben graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London in 2009.
