Brian is an associate in Luxembourg's Banking and Finance team. He specialises in banking and financial law, assisting international corporations, investment and financial institutions in various types of cross-border financial transactions, including secured loans, financing for acquisitions and refinancing.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Brian was part of the banking and finance team at a top tier international law firm in Luxembourg where he specialised in in various types of cross-border financial transactions, including secured loans, financing for acquisitions and refinancing as well as debt restructuring (refinancing, granting of guarantees and securities package, liability issues and, in particular, implementation of the double Luxco structure). Brian holds a degree from the University of Perugia and has gained experience working at a legal practice in Italy, where he provided clients with guidance on banking and tax matters under Italian legislation.
