Chloe is an associate in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team, based in Guernsey. Her practice encompasses a range of contentious matters, including commercial insolvency, contentious trusts and estates claims and regulatory issues. She regularly assists trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions and professional advisors, and her cases often involve multi-jurisdictional considerations requiring collaboration with international experts.
Having joined Ogier as a bursary student in 2018, Chloe moved to Ogier's Trainee Solicitor programme in 2020 and qualified as an English Solicitor in 2022. She is currently an aspirant for admission to the Guernsey Bar in 2026.
She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the Guernsey International Legal Association, Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
