Chula leads the in-house legal and corporate governance teams across the Ogier group and is integral to advising the business on legal and governance matters.
Prior to her current role (which commenced September 2020), Chula spent a year on secondment with the in-house legal team at HSBC Bank plc (Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
Chula has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and finance work and was promoted to Counsel in early 2019.
Chula began her legal career with Ogier in 2005 and subsequently trained with the firm, where she qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2009 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate of the Royal Court in 2015.
