Craig is a senior associate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in the British Virgin Islands. His practice focuses on complex cross-border disputes, contentious insolvency, and cross-border asset recovery, including matters involving cryptocurrency and digital assets.
Background and experience
Craig acts on a broad range of high-value shareholder, corporate control and commercial disputes, frequently involving multi-jurisdictional issues, allegations of fraud and unlawful conduct, and applications for urgent interim and injunctive relief. He has significant experience acting for insolvency officeholders in relation to recognition applications, misfeasance and recovery claims, creditor disputes and international asset tracing exercises.
His current matters include acting for the Joint Liquidators of cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital Ltd in their multi-billion dollar claims against the company's founders and former directors.
Craig is a member of the BVI branch of the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA) Events Committee.
Before joining Ogier, Craig was part of Addleshaw Goddard LLP's Commercial Disputes team. Craig is a graduate of the University of York, England.
