Davy Guan 关新伟

Davy is Ogier's Head of Business Development in Beijing, focused on developing and managing relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, law firms and business advisors.

Background and experience

Davy has vast experience in the professional services sector and has built a strong track record working with some of the leading firms in Beijing. He is responsible for business development for Ogier's legal and corporate administration service lines with a focus on the Northern China market.

Prior to joining Ogier, Davy worked at EY and Mazars where he was responsible for business development for their audit and M&A transaction service lines. He led both outbound and inbound business development engagement and strategic pursuit towards SOEs, unicorns and large financial institutions.

Davy holds an MBA degree and has more than 15 years' work experience specialising in business development, market research, project management as well as account management in China and overseas.
