Emily Collins

Emily Collins is an Associate Director in Ogier Global's Private Wealth team in Jersey, specialising in the establishment, administration and governance of offshore structures for ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals. With more than 15 years' experience in Jersey's private wealth sector, she oversees and leads the administration of complex offshore structures for international families, entrepreneurs and family offices, ensuring the delivery of bespoke fiduciary services and robust governance arrangements.

Background and experience

Emily has extensive experience with trusts, companies, foundations and private trust company structures holding a diverse range of assets, including investment portfolios, commercial and residential real estate, private equity interests and art collections.

Emily is a Chartered Governance Professional, and an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute. Amongst other awards for her studies, in 2019, she was awarded both the Ralph Bell Prize and the Livery Prize in recognition of achieving the highest overall marks in the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme. She has also been recognised as one of eprivateclient's Top 35 Under 35 in both 2018 and 2020.
