Gavin is an associate in Ogier's Funds team with experience advising international asset managers on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, including fund formation, restructuring, management and compliance across a range of corporate structures.
Background and experience
Gavin has completed a secondment in the legal department of a large institutional asset manager in Dublin, Ireland, advising on the operation and regulation of their Irish UCITS and AIF fund range.
Before joining Ogier, Gavin was part of the Asset Management and Investment Funds team at a highly regarded law firm, where he advised US, UK and EU-based investment managers, including many of the world’s leading financial institutions, as well as proprietary and third-party management companies operating in Ireland or servicing Irish-domiciled funds.
