Henrique Arcoverde

Henrique is an associate in Ogier’s Banking and Finance team, based in Luxembourg. He specialises in banking and financial law and regularly advises clients on cross-border financing, fund finance and general lending both on the lender-side and the sponsor-side. 

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Henrique worked at a leading Luxembourg law firm as well as at a renowned international law firm for almost three years, where he advised clients on a wide range of banking and mainstream corporate matters.

Henrique holds an LLM degree in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He speaks English, Portuguese, and French.
