Janine Brentnall

Janine is a conveyancer within our Guernsey property team, assisting clients with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, both in Guernsey and Alderney. Janine has worked in various Guernsey law firms since 1996 and for Ogier since 2008.

Background and experience

Having assisted leading banks to take security over their customers' Guernsey and Alderney properties, Janine has a deep understanding of that side of the purchase process and, as such, is well placed to advise purchasers on this particular aspect.

Janine also has considerable experience helping clients through the process of acquiring partial ownership interests in Guernsey Housing Association properties.
