Jasmine is a paralegal in Ogier’s Hong Kong corporate team.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Jasmine was an in-house paralegal of a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She assisted company legal counsels in various matters relating to corporate governance and commercial activities in mainland China, Hong Kong and oversea countries.

Jasmine obtained her LLB degree from the Shanghai International Studies University and her master's degree from the City University of Hong Kong. She was awarded her PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in April 2022.
