Judith is counsel in the Jersey Dispute Resolution team. Judith specialises in finance and insolvency related disputes, with a particular focus on fraud, asset tracing and cross-border matters.
Judith has practised in England and Wales since 2013, advising financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients on a broad range of finance and insolvency related matters.
Judith passed the Bar Vocational Course in 2007 before cross qualifying as a solicitor in 2013.
Judith is a member of IWIRC.
