Kathryn is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and an experienced trust lawyer practising in Guernsey. She has significant experience advising trustees, settlors and beneficiaries on private client advisory, non-contentious drafting and structuring work. Kathryn also works collaboratively with Corporate specialists to provide clients with a full service on trust related restructuring and transactional work.

Before joining Ogier, Kathryn worked in the private capital and trust team of an offshore firm in Guernsey, where she specialised in all aspects of trust law.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Ogier is a Platinum STEP Employer Partner.
