Prior to joining Ogier, Manuel worked as a junior associate in the Corporate / M&A department of a renowned US law firm in Luxembourg and as a legal adviser for a start-up in Madrid.
Manuel is a law and business administration graduate of the Carlos III University of Madrid and he has a Master in Law Practice (MAAP) from the Centro de Estudios Financieros. His studies included one year abroad at the University of Lisbon studying EU and Portuguese corporate law.
Manuel is a native Spanish and Portuguese speaker and fluent in English and French.
