Penjani has several years of experience in South Africa and Jersey assisting clients with a wide array of banking and finance transactions, including general debt finance, real estate finance, project finance and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2024, Penjani was an associate in the banking and finance team at a leading international law firm in South Africa. In January 2022, she moved offshore and worked as a banking and finance associate at another prestigious law firm in Jersey.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand.
