Petar is a senior financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in Luxembourg, specialising in fund administration, fund operations and financial reporting across real estate, private equity and debt funds.
His experience combines strong technical expertise in fund operations, investor services and accounting with team leadership, client and stakeholder management, process optimisation and a strong focus on quality and delivery.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier Global, Petar spent more than ten years in senior management roles at a global asset and fund services provider, leading teams supporting complex alternative investment structures and institutional clients. He also served as a board member of several entities, gaining experience in corporate governance and oversight of investment structures.
A graduate of the University of Paris I Sorbonne and Paris IX Dauphine, he has also previously been a senior auditor for one of the Big 4.
