Rebecca is a senior associate in Ogier's Investment Funds team. Rebecca advises on the establishment and ongoing requirements of private equity and hedge funds, as well as a wide range of corporate matters.

Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Rebecca worked in the market-leading mergers and acquisitions team at a magic circle firm in Singapore. There she gained extensive experience advising on international corporate transactions.
Rebecca now specialises in the establishment, regulatory compliance and restructuring of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and downstream corporate advisory work.
Rebecca is a graduate of War Studies and History from King's College London, and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2017.
Rebecca is a member of the Gala Committee of the Cayman Islands location of 100 Women in Finance.
