Ruth Power

Ruth is an associate director in Ogier Global's Debt Capital Markets team in Ireland. She is experienced across a range of corporate services with particular focus on providing accounting and financial reporting services to the aircraft leasing sector.  This includes extensive experience in the establishment of special purpose vehicles and aircraft leasing platforms including asset backed securitisations.

Background and experience

Ruth has more than 18 years’ experience working in the aviation industry. She qualified with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant in 2006, where she worked on a range of audits for the leading aviation lessors. She subsequently worked with a global aviation asset management and investment firm for 10 years where she most recently held the position of head of finance.
