Ryan Ripamonti

Ryan is an associate in Ogier’s Investment Funds team in Jersey, and is part of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. He also has experience in a range of corporate, finance and restructuring matters.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in March 2021, Ryan worked for a leading global law firm in the United Kingdom where he completed his training contract and worked on a range of corporate, finance and restructuring matters. His experience includes complex global reorganisations, cross-border M&A, leveraged finance, real estate finance, insolvent restructurings, corporate governance, and equity capital markets.

Ryan also gained experience at another offshore law firm in Jersey prior to joining Ogier.

Ryan holds degrees from Durham University, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Law and was awarded distinctions in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.

Ryan is fluent in Spanish.
