Sam is an associate in Ogier's corporate team in Guernsey, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He has experience advising on a range of transactional and advisory matters, including M&A, banking and finance transactions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

Sam joined Ogier in 2023 and completed his training contract with the firm before qualifying in 2025. He has since re-joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate team.
Sam graduated from Leeds Beckett University in with first-class honours in Law, before completing his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
