Sandie Clayton

Sandie is TISE and CSX Listing Manager in Ogier's Corporate team and is based in Jersey. 

As part of a specialist listings team for Ogier's listing agent, Ogier Corporate Finance Limited, Sandie advises clients in relation to listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX), including loan and payment-in-kind notes, variable funding notes, convertible notes, high-yield bonds, Eurobonds and warrants. She has considerable experience assisting clients in relation to both the initial listing process and ongoing requirements and manages listings from the initial application through to admission and provides ongoing support to issuers in relation to their continuing listing obligations.

Background and experience

Prior to her current role Sandie began her career with a Jersey law firm as a Legal Secretary before spending three years at a London law firm, where she worked as a Legal PA in the matrimonial and litigation department.

She joined Ogier as a legal secretary in the Banking and Finance team before transferring to the Corporate team. She subsequently progressed to a legal assistant role, specialising in listings on TISE and CSX where she spent two years developing her specialist knowledge and experience.

Sandie works closely with clients, advisers and the relevant exchanges, drawing on her extensive practical experience and detailed knowledge of the listing process to provide a responsive and efficient service.
