Shayne acts as counsel in Ogier's Commercial Property team. Dual qualified in both Irish and English law, he advises on all aspects of commercial property with a focus on investment, development, disposals, acquisitions and foreign direct investment. He frequently advises businesses on locating to Ireland.
Background and experience
Shayne has extensive experience in the City of London, working on a wide range of commercial property matters. He trained and qualified in London, specialising in brownfield land and urban generation projects, such as the 2,000 unit redevelopment of the historic Royal Arsenal Woolwich site for a listed house builder.
Shayne joined Ogier Leman in 2018 having returned to Dublin after spending eight years in France. He holds a BA in European Studies, Law and French from the University of Limerick. He is also fluent in French.
