Before joining Ogier in 2023, Sílvio spent over eight years at another fiduciary services business, working within their corporate services department.
Sílvio has a wide range of experience. This includes arranging and attending client board meetings, incorporating corporate acquisition and holding structures and assisting with migrations both into and out of Jersey.
Sílvio also liaises with various regulatory bodies in relation to both standard and ad hoc filings, whilst working together with third party service providers to ensure timely completion of transactions.
