With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Siobhan has extensive experience across fund and corporate services including real estate, private equity and private debt structures.
Siobhan combines strong technical and regulatory knowledge with a commercial and client focused approach, and has significant experience in corporate governance, operational oversight and the management of complex structures and client relationships.
She leads Ogier's manager of a managed entity (MOME) services in Jersey, supporting regulated businesses through governance, oversight and operational infrastructure.
