He has extensive experience in capital market transactions, with a core focus on IPOs and listings in Hong Kong. He also advises on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including dual listings, regulatory compliance, privatisations and takeovers, pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining Ogier, Sunny was a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons, where he focused on equity capital markets transactions.
