With more than 13 years' experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurial families and family offices, Tom specialises in the structuring, governance and administration of sophisticated international wealth planning arrangements.

Having helped build and grow an independent trust company over the past five years, Tom combines deep technical knowledge with a commercial and client-focused approach. His expertise includes complex trust and corporate structures, family governance, succession planning, private trust arrangements and digital asset holding structures, with significant experience supporting clients and advisers across the Middle East.

He holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Financial Administration. He has been recognised as one of the Channel Islands' leading emerging fiduciary professionals, having been named in the eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 for 2021 and 2022 and as a NextGen Leader in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

A key differentiator is Tom's experience gained within a globally recognised bank-owned trust business, where he worked closely with private banking and investment professionals to support the preservation, growth and financing of substantial family wealth. This exposure provided him with an appreciation of investment governance, credit solutions, portfolio oversight and the broader wealth management landscape.

• Managing complex CRS and FATCA compliance programmes, including entity classification, remediation and reporting exercises.
