Tom Williamson

Tom is part of a growing team of responsive and experienced company secretaries, chartered accountants and administrators providing a seamless one-stop shop for clients.

Background and experience

Tom works daily with a broad range of clients to ensure the completion of administrative tasks such as arranging and attending client board meetings, incorporating corporate acquisition and holding structures, assisting with migrations both into and out of Jersey, liaising with various regulatory bodies in relation to both standard and ad hoc filings and working together with third party service providers to ensure the timely completion of transactions.

Tom has experience working with a range of corporate entities in various business sectors such as healthcare, real estate development, oil and gas exploration, renewable energy, charitable causes and outsourced analytics.

Tom holds a diploma in International Finance and Administration from The Chartered Governance Institute.
