Ogier's Luxembourg funds team provided advice to a Luxembourg private bank in the launch of an ESG fund physically replicating green benchmarks.
The team was led by partner Anne-Gaëlle Delabye. Rebecca Macé-Balebs and Leonie Kelly reviewed carbon offsetting mechanisms and the use of verified emission reduction (VERs) corresponding to credits generated by projects that aim to reduce carbon emission.
