Ogier acts for Khuan Choo International in purchase of Crabtree and Evelyn

Ogier acted as BVI counsel for Khuan Choo International Limited in relation to the purchase of the entire Crabtree & Evelyn business. Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad's wholly-owned subsidiary, KLK Overseas Investments Ltd, sold its entire equity interest in CE Holdings, the BVI-incorporated holding company of KLK's retailing business which is involved in the manufacturing, retailing and distribution of personal care products under the brand name "Crabtree & Evelyn" to Hong Kong based Khuan Choo International.
