Ogier advises ADICON on the acquisition of Yuande Weikang and Yuande Youqin

Ogier's Corporate law team in Hong Kong acted as British Virgin Islands counsel to leading PRC-based independent clinical laboratory service provider, ADICON, on the acquisition of Yuande Weikang and Yuande Youqin.

HKEX-listed ADICON Holdings Limited (ADICON) offers comprehensive and best-in-class testing services primarily to hospitals and health check centres through an integrated network of 34 self-operated laboratories across the PRC.

Yuande Weikang specialises in hematological diagnostic reagents, while Yuande Youqin focuses on medical testing services, aligning with ADICON's strategy to expand its clinical laboratory network.

The Ogier team was led by partner Cecilia Li, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, consultant Alan Au and legal manager Jasmine Chan.
