Ogier advises ANote Music on capital increase supporting €2 million funding round

Ogier's Corporate law team in Luxembourg has advised ANote Music, the leading European marketplace for buying, selling and earning music royalties, on a capital increase to support its recent €2 million funding round. 

Luxembourg-based fintech company ANote Music facilitates music rights holders to auction a portion of their future royalties in an open marketplace. The platform, operating in a similar manner to a stock exchange, includes songs performed by globally recognised artists Beyoncé, Drake and Avicii. 

On 29 September, ANote announced the closure of its €2 million funding round led by Seventure Partners alongside ScaleFund. Funding is expected to support the company’s expansion and platform development.  

The Ogier team was led by partner Bertrand Géradin, with support from counsel David Al Mari and associate Rebecca Brooke.
