Ogier advises Capital Sharpe on the launch of digital asset fund following a US$30 million fund raise

Ogier's Investment Funds team in Hong Kong has advised Capital Sharpe Investment Limited on the launch of Capital Sharpe Fund SPC and its first segregated portfolio, Capital Sharpe SP, a Cayman Islands regulated digital asset fund. 

The fund combines a range of investment strategies, including quantitative trading, arbitrage, relative value and tokenised real-world asset strategies. 

The Ogier team was led by partner Alan Wong, with support from legal manager Boris Lam, both members of Ogier's dedicated Technology and Web3 team.
