Ogier advises Everbright Digital Holding Limited on Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate law team in Hong Kong has acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Everbright Digital Holding Limited on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Everbright Digital Holding Limited (Everbright) is a Cayman-incorporated company. It announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of its 1,500,000 ordinary shares. The offering was priced at US$4 per share, raising gross proceeds of US$6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, the non-accountable expense allowance and other estimated offering expenses.

The shares commenced trading on Nasdaq on 17 April 2025 under the symbol EDHL.

Everbright is an integrated marketing solutions provider based in Hong Kong, involved in the metaverse and related technologies, and provides a full range of digital marketing services for the entire process of enterprise development. The digital marketing solutions that Everbright provides include metaverse simulation, virtual reality and augmented reality design and creation, creative event planning and management, IP character creation, and social media marketing.

The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang with support from the firm's global head of Corporate Nathan Powell, legal manager Chloe Yip and paralegal Josie Ma.
