Ogier advises Guming on HK$1.96 billion convertible bonds issuance

Ogier in Hong Kong acted as BVI counsel to Guming International (BVI) Limited on its successful zero coupon guaranteed convertible bonds issuance. 

The bonds will be listed on the Vienna MTF market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Guming International (BVI) Limited is an offshore subsidiary of HKEX-listed Guming Holdings Limited. Guming is a leading China-incorporated bubble tea and beverage chain with more than 10,000 franchised locations in China.  

The Ogier team was led by partner Cecilia Li, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, associate Kingston Tang, legal manager Jasmine Chan and paralegal Josie Ma. In 2025, the team also advised Guming on its US$232mn HKEX IPO.
