Ogier advises Hang Feng Technology Innovation Co Ltd on successful Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong has provided Cayman Islands legal counsel to Hang Feng Technology Innovation Co Ltd in its successful initial public offering on Nasdaq Capital Market. 

The initial public offering (IPO) consisted of more than 1.3 million ordinary shares and an over-allotment option to purchase up to over 206,000 ordinary shares, at an offering price of US$4 per share. In total, the company generated gross proceeds of approximately US$6 million.  

The ordinary shares commenced trading on Nasdaq on 12 September 2025 under the symbol FOFO.  

Hang Feng is a comprehensive corporate management consulting and asset management services provider based in Hong Kong. 

The Ogier team was led by partner Rachel Huang, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, and legal manager Chloe Yip. The team worked closely with Hang Feng's US counsel, Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC.
