Ogier advises SJM Holdings Limited on US$540 million senior notes issuance and settlement of offer to purchase outstanding senior notes

Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong acted as British Virgin Islands counsel on the issuance of US$540 million senior notes and the settlement of the offer to purchase for cash of outstanding senior notes, issued by SJM International Limited and Champion Path Holdings Limited respectively.

SJM International Limited (SJM International) and Champion Path Holdings Limited (Champion Path) are subsidiaries of SJM Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a developer and operator of casinos and integrated entertainment resorts in Macau. Its core business focuses on gaming operations, including VIP and mass-market tables, in addition to hotel management, dining and retail.

The Ogier team was led by partner Cecilia Li, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Jasmine Chan, associate Kingston Tang and paralegal Josie Ma.
