Ogier advises The Ardonagh Group on US$300 million and €85 million bond offering

Ogier's capital markets experts in Jersey have advised leading independent insurance broker The Ardonagh Group in its US$200 million senior secured notes, €85 million senior secured notes and US$100 million senior notes.  

A longstanding Ogier client, Ardonagh is a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, HPS Investment Partners and Stone Point Capital. It is the largest independent insurance broker in the United Kingdom and among the largest globally. 

The Ogier team was led by corporate and finance partner Oliver Richardson with support from managing associate Rebekah Agyeman, associate Alex Vibert and paralegal Charlie Bloor.
