Ogier advises Webull Corporation on strategic business combination with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation

Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong has acted as Cayman Islands counsel for Webull Corporation on its business combination with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation.

This closing signifies a key development in Webull's continued evolution as a leading platform in online trading, committed to providing access to financial markets for millions globally.

Webull completed the business combination with SK Growth on 11 April 2025 and its class A ordinary shares, warrants and incentive warrants began publicly trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols "BULL," "BULLW," and "BULLZ," respectively.

The Ogier team was led by partner Rachel Huang assisted by consultant Lin Han and legal manager Chloe Yip. The team worked closely with Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
