Ogier in Hong Kong advises White Pearl Acquisition Corp on US$115 million NYSE IPO

Ogier's Corporate team in Hong Kong acted as British Virgin Islands counsel to White Pearl Acquisition Corp on its US$115 million initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange – supporting the company's strategic goals of pursuing business combinations in the financial technology, information technology and business services sectors.

The British Virgin Islands incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) announced the closure of its initial public offering (IPO) on 3 February 2026. The IPO consisted of 11.5 million unit including 1.5 million units from the underwriters' full exercise of the over-allotment option at an offering price of US$10 per unit. In total, the company generated gross proceeds in the region of US$115 million.

Units commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol WPACU on 2 February 2026.
