Ogier's Guernsey Corporate team advises on sale of Ross-Gower Group

Ogier's Corporate team in Guernsey assisted shareholders on the sale of Ross-Gower Group Limited to PIB Group Limited.

Ross-Gower (RGL) provides car, home and commercial vehicle insurance in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Ogier acted as primary counsel to the former shareholders on the sale of all shares in RGL to PIB Group. The team worked with KPMG's Channel Islands deal advisory team, who provided full sell-side advisory services.

The deal demonstrates that Ogier's insurance specialists in Guernsey's Corporate team have the expertise to help Channel Islands business owners through their negotiations with, and transition into, becoming stakeholders in global groups.

The team was led by partner Richard Sharp, working with managing associate Andrew Grant.
