Ogier's market-leading SPAC team in Hong Kong advises Quantumsphere Acquisition Corp IPO

Ogier's Corporate experts in Hong Kong have provided Cayman Islands legal counsel to Quantumsphere Acquisition Corp on its US$82.8 million initial public offering on Nasdaq.

The initial public offering (IPO) closed on 7 August and included an offering of 8.3 million units at a price of US$10.00/unit on a fully upsized offering.

Partner Florence Chan led the team, with support from Ogier's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Anna Cheung and paralegal Oliver Lau. The team worked closely with the company's US counsel, Celine and Partners, PLLC on the listing.
