The discussion will be led by Audrey Bertolotti, Partner in Ogier's Dispute Resolution and Employment practices, who will explore the key employment law considerations surrounding the use of AI in the workplace. She will be joined by Dr. Esli Spahiu, AI Experience Centre Manager at the LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology), who will bring a broader perspective on the evolving AI landscape and its practical adoption.
