• Acting for the BVI-appointed liquidators of Unigroup International Holdings Ltd and Tsinghua International Co. Ltd

• Acting in almost all of the major Cayman valuation disputes involving take-private mergers of Hong Kong listed companies in the last three years

• Acted for a significant minority shareholder of a multi-billion dollar Asian retailer to successfully defend a strike out of a winding-up petition

• Successfully obtained an adjournment of Cayman winding up proceedings on behalf of a major Asian gas producer despite strong creditor support for an immediate winding-up order

• Representing the Hong Kong-appointed liquidators of a Hong Kong listed company in the Cayman Court, and successfully applying to have the Hong Kong liquidators granted recognition and assistance in Cayman in the absence of Cayman liquidation proceedings

• Acting on behalf of the joint liquidators in the Three Arrows Capital liquidation, advising on cross-border asset recovery across eight jurisdictions for an estate dominated by disputed cryptoassets following Terra/Luna's 2022 collapse

• Representing the PRC-based minority shareholders of a large Hong Kong listed PRC manufacturing company in the Cayman Court to reverse the existing Cayman law and successfully strike-out a winding-up petition brought by the manufacturing company
