Following the news of Ogier Global's fund administration licence by the Central Bank of Ireland, Ogier Global's Irish funds offering is further enhanced by Ronnie and Fiona's extensive domestic and international financial market experience. Their leadership plays a critical role in ensuring effective oversight and compliance with evolving regulatory demands, significantly contributing to the firm's engagement with sponsors and service providers.

Ronnie Griffin joins Ogier Global's board of directors with nearly three decades of expertise in fund services. Known for his strong background in corporate governance, audit, funds operations and regulatory compliance, he offers invaluable insights into handling complex financial matters.
Ronnie has overseen key operational and governance functions across multiple jurisdictions. During his career, he spent more than 20 years at HSBC where he led its depositary, trustee and fiduciary services, contributing to strategic decision-making at executive and non-executive levels.

Fiona Coughlan is an independent non-executive director with 25 years’ experience across financial services institutions in Dublin and London. She has worked extensively with operations, risk management, compliance, investment management, product management, sales and client service teams.
Fiona has extensive experience in client and fund launches, mergers, transitions and fund registration. She was the chair of the Irish Funds middle office working group until March 2024, having previously been a member of its head of operations working group.
