Finance and capital markets expert Laura Archange joins Ogier in Luxembourg

Ogier has welcomed finance and capital markets specialist Laura Archange as counsel in its growing Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg.

With more than a decade of experience in Luxembourg law, Laura's practice focuses on securitisation and fund finance and she has particular expertise in sustainable finance.

Ogier in Luxembourg has been recognised as one of the best law firms in the jurisdiction by Leaders League 2025, ranking "excellent" for banking and finance, fund structuring and private equity. The Banking and Finance team is also ranked in Chambers Europe 2025.

Before Ogier, Laura worked for another leading Luxembourg firm. She advises on the structuring of cross-border securitisation transactions and related debt issuances, including those subject to Luxembourg securitisation law and / or EU securitisation legislation. Laura is well versed in credit enhancement mechanisms and Euro multilateral trading facility (MTF) listings.

She also assists international clients with various types of financing, with a focus on fund financing, including subscription facilities, NAV financings and bespoke liquidity solutions tailored to Luxembourg investment funds.

Laura is co-chair of the ALFI Fund Finance Working Group, collaborating with market participants to develop best practice. Her award-winning thought leadership has been published by the Luxembourg Banking and Financial Law Association and she has shared her securitisation expertise as a panellist at large-scale industry events.
