Michael Evans promoted to partner in Ogier's Banking and Finance team

Ogier has announced Michael Evans as a new partner in its Jersey Banking and Finance team, based in Ogier's London office.

With more than 20 years’ experience advising on complex cross border banking, finance and restructuring matters, Mike has a particular specialism in leveraged, acquisition, private credit and real estate finance. He also advises on derivatives, structured finance and infrastructure transactions.
