"NextGen Leader" Chris Hards joins the Ogier partnership in Guernsey

Guernsey trusts and foundations expert Chris Hards has been promoted to partner at Ogier.

Chris, who was recently recognised as a rising star of the private client profession in the 2024 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list, progressed through Ogier's partner development programme. 

Chris advises on all aspects of trust and foundation law to individuals, fiduciaries and other service providers. As part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Trusts Advisory Group, his experience extends to both contentious and non-contentious matters of Guernsey trust law. He also advises on international and domestic pensions and employment incentive and benefit plans.
