Ogier becomes first law firm in Jersey certified as Fertility Friendly Workplace

Ogier has been certified by local charity Tiny Seeds as a Fertility Friendly Workplace, making it the first law firm in the Island to receive this recognition.
 
The professional services firm has taken significant steps to create a fertility friendly culture and a genuinely supportive workplace environment for their employees. The support Ogier offers includes:

• An inclusive fertility policy with paid leave in all jurisdictions (including 8 days paid leave for all colleagues undergoing fertility treatment and 5 days paid leave for people supporting someone going through fertility treatment like a surrogate/partner)
• A safe, supportive culture that encourages open conversations
• Flexible working to support treatment needs
