Real estate and private equity finance specialist Delphine Gomes joins Ogier in Luxembourg

Delphine Gomes has joined Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg as counsel, bringing more than a decade of experience in cross-border and domestic financings to the growing practice.

Delphine advises multinational clients, notably private equity firms, financial institutions and investment funds, and has considerable experience in leveraged finance, with a strong focus on real estate / acquisition finance and fund finance, especially in relation to private equity deals.

"Delphine is an experienced finance lawyer with an outstanding knowledge of the real estate and private equity financing environment. I'm delighted to welcome her to our growing team. Her technical expertise and strong client focus brings added strength in depth to the practice," said Luxembourg Banking and Finance partner Jad Nader.

Delphine focuses on all aspects of financings, from the first structuring steps to the final implementation of the financing. Delphine has co-authored a number of legal guides and publications on financing and debt capital markets in Luxembourg. She also co-chairs the “Financing in PE” sub-group for the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Prior to joining Ogier in 2024, she worked for six years for the Luxembourg office of a Benelux law firm and is qualified in both France and Luxembourg,
